A.P.S. is based in Irondequoit and serves Western New York. Share your town or ZIP code so the team can confirm service availability.
How do I request service?
Choose your service and use the request button to prepare an email, or call (585) 713-7597. The team will discuss your needs, pricing, and scheduling.
Is my appointment confirmed when I send a request?
Your request starts the conversation. A.P.S. will confirm the scope, quote, and appointment details with you.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm. Saturday appointments are available by arrangement. Sunday is closed.
Pool care
When should I book my pool opening?
Book ahead to discuss your preferred date. Openings in Upstate New York typically begin in late April or early May, depending on the weather and your pool.
Can you winterize my pool?
Yes. Pool closings include winterization work such as preparing equipment, blowing out lines, adding closing chemicals, and securing the cover.
Which cleaning package should I choose?
Prime covers routine upkeep. Elite adds water testing and chemical balancing. Deep Sweep targets heavy debris using an external vacuum pump, and excludes water testing and chemical treatment.
How often should my filter sand be changed?
It depends on the filter, usage, and water conditions. Share your system details with A.P.S. to discuss a suitable maintenance schedule.
Hot tubs & pricing
Do you repair and clean hot tubs?
Yes. A.P.S. offers hot tub diagnosis and repair, drain-and-clean services, and scheduled maintenance.
Can you move or remove my hot tub?
Yes. The team can discuss transportation or removal after reviewing size, distance, and property access. Electrical reconnection is additional.
Are taxes included in the listed rates?
No. New York State tax is additional. Some services have starting rates or other scope-dependent charges; confirm the final quote with A.P.S.
Can I get a free quote?
Yes. Tell the team what you need and provide a few details about your pool or hot tub to request a free quote.
